In vielen Städten werden Kräuterwanderungen angeboten. Felicitas Bethmann erklärt im Hamburger Stadtpark, wo man wann welche Kräuter findet und wie sie sich unterscheiden lassen. Sie macht aus Kräutern Salate und Alkoholauszüge, die gegen Kopfschmerzen und Schlafstörungen helfen (dafür sollten die Kräuter 200 bis 500 Meter von der Straße entfernt gewachsen sein).
