Order processing fulfilled by FREUND
As previously announced, production, purchasing, logistics and order processing will be relocated to Paderborn in the fourth quarter of 2020.
In this step, Karl Schermer GmbH & Co. KG will transfer order processing, which will be handled, taken over and fulfilled by FREUND Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG in the future.
Due to this step in the company history of Karl Schermer, we would like to ask you for your agreement that your future order processing will be taken over and fulfilled by FREUND Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG.
For this purpose, we would like to ask you to fill in and sign the declaration of consent which is available for download below and return it to us.

Acceptance of repairs and maintenance service – Karl Schermer GmbH & Co. KG
As announced in September 2020, the production, purchasing, logistics and order processing will be relocated to Paderborn in the fourth quarter of 2020.
Regarding the integration of Karl Schermer GmbH & Co. KG´s business units into FREUND Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG, all rights and obligations will be transferred.
The receiving of Devices which needs to be repaired or sent back for normal maintenance will be accepted in Ettlingen until November 6th, 2020.
After this date, please send your tools to the FREUND Headquarter in Paderborn.

After its foundation in Karlsruhe in 1896 – the company moved 1974 to Ettlingen and then transitioned to the FREUND business group in 2018 - the next milestone in the company's development is now coming up.
While the company's headquarters remain at the well-known address in Ettlingen – areas such as production, logistics and order processing will be relocated to Paderborn in the fourth quarter of 2020.
